Leaky gut, 35 and might get pregnant

So there's this chance all of a sudden that we can actually get pregnant here soon...

I'm not concerned about whether or not we do conceive, thats been 11yrs on the waiting list.

What I am concerned about is this leaky gut thing.

I've heard thru the fb grapevine if you have LGS (leaky gut syndrome), while you're pregnant all the food allergy/sensitivities GO AWAY! how exciting!!! BUT the evil still wins if you don't eat right because once delivery happens, you're sick and it all makes up for lost time.

I am now in the window where I have **limited time** to get my food intake and health on track because I could technically be pregnant in the next 60 days... I want to prepare my body the absolute best way I can. I had started but drive thru...

I am raising 2 adoptees and they're praying for a sibling and have no idea theres been medical intervention (which was a side note to the real reason we even went to the dr)

I need to know any information between what words of wisdom youve gained on healthy older pregnancy, what you may have read in your research. I need accountability. I need my bigger reasons to eat right than my smaller more in my face reasons to not...
