Why is glow wrong

Question

I did an opk test and it was positive with a smiley on Sunday 3/2 glow says I am not fertile till 3/8 if I wouldn't have been doing opk testing for lh surge I could have missed ovulation. Any thoughts, ideas or reasons why??

I logged it on the daily log that I took the rest and has a smiley it didn't adjust anything I am so confused we are BD every other day through the fertilte days just in case.

Glow can't predict if you don't give it reliable data

I think you have to note the + OPK in Glow and it will adjust accordingly.
