How do you get a toddler to nap whow just won't nap
My daughter will be 2 on 30/06. The past month she's been refusing bedtime and nap time. At bedtime I just keep putting her back until she gives up. Some nights it takes an 1hr+ and some nights she doesn't get out at all. She's been waking up at any time of the night and staying awake for an hour or more the longest she's stayed up is 4 hours. And starting her day at 4:30am. There is no pattern to her days and nights. You cannot predict what will happen. No matter what time she wakes I don't come down to start the day until 7am and I put her no later than 7pm. I try to keep her in her room in the morning as long as possible but she eventually cries to loud and wakes her sister (I can't have them both up from 5am) so I bring her into our room and because it's not blacked out like her room she wakes up more. It's not the light waking her up she has a fitted blackout blind and curtains. She has white noise. I think she's so unsettled because she doesn't have consistent day time naps. She refuses to sleep in her bed at Nap time. I try to preserver but after 45 minutes to an hour she's no closer to falling asleep so Ibring her back downstairs and she stays awake all day unless I go out and she falls asleep in the pram but then by that point in the day it's too late for her to nap. I don't know what happened she just refused a nap one day now we are here. She falls asleep on the school run everyday mon-fri at 11:30am and stays asleep until around 12:15-12:30 in the hallway still in her pram (school is only round the corner) but on the weekends she won't nap. I literally don't know what to do and no one can help me. I'm tired of being tired.
