Steps after a chemical pregnancy?

Hi there! 
I believe I am experiencing a chemical pregnancy. Had faints on 12-13DPO and now stark white with FMU. What now? Just cancel my OB appointment and wait for my period to start? Do I need to be seen by the OB? 
Emotionally I feel alright. But physically I feel gross. Tons of nausea, exhaustion, and cramping. I am just ready for my period to start so I can reset. 
We plan on trying again right away for a February baby. ❤️

You can choose to keep your appointment & follow up with a gyn if you prefer that but typically yes you’ll just wait to start bleeding, with it being that early it’ll just look like a normal period however be aware that some women do ovulate right after a chemical but others don’t. I had a chemical in the end of March/early April that’s when I bled but I didn’t get a cycle at all & didn’t ovulate until a couple days ago. Sometimes it’ll skip the next cycle or delay ovulation quite a bit so just be open to that incase it doesn’t happen again right away. 💕
