My two bestfriends broke up. Need help!!!

Im stuck in a major pickle right now cause my two close friends which so happened to be dating, have broken up. My boyfriend and i are both really good friends to them both and i feel like the middle man in all this. I work with one of them, so i hear her side, and while thats going on, im getting text messages from him saying he feels like his world has crashed and burned. Like i wanna be there for the both of them but i dont know what to do. I dont want to take what one person has said and relay it to the other person cause who knows if theyll say that i told them! I just want them to work things out. How do i manage the both of them without making it obvious that im trying to help the both of them out?
