Routine at 8 weeks?

Question

Does anyone already have a routine going during the day or is it pretty random? My little girl eats on demand and doesn’t have set times she feeds. She mostly sleeps in a rocker chair during the day due to reflux and can’t settle her on her back. With my first I remember she eventually would have set times she goes to sleep during the day but can’t remember when this starts?

We’re at 7 weeks and LO sleeps and eats when he wants. We are EBF so that’s another contributing factor to not having a schedule.
He does go to bed and wake up around the same time every day. 8:30pm-5:30am. And consistently wakes up twice in the middle of the night.

I started trying for a schedule at 2 weeks. Not super strict with it and mainly going off what he was inclined to anyway, but kind of gently encouraging him towards a schedule. The main thing was i started trying to keep him awake in the late afternoon, as I found if he napped then he wouldn’t sleep well at night. I go back to work after 12 weeks so I wanted to start early trying to get him to sleep through the night and have a schedule. 
By 6-8 weeks he stuck to his routine, and somewhere between 8-10 weeks he started sleeping through the night (most nights anyway - we’ll still have an off one here or there).

We follow wake windows, so it’s a routine (same order every day) but not a schedule. Feeds are every 3 hours with rare exception and the time is set depending on how long his first stretch of sleep was the night before since we let him wake on his own overnight. Daytime routine is eat, play, sleep with wake windows lasting 45-70 minutes. Sometimes he’ll wake mid-nap but is pretty easy to get back down to sleep before the next bottle. It will get more consistent around 3 months when he drops to 4 naps and then at 4ish months when he drops to 3 naps. We continue to follow wake windows until our kiddos are on 2 or 1 nap and then it’s a By The Clock schedule. We do wake consistently in the morning at a set time to signal daytime starting around 3/4 months.

No schedule but order goes eat, play, sleep. Wake windows 60-90 minutes from previous wake up, max 2 hrs. Usually one long nap mid day for 2.5-:3 hrs. I’ve been trying to follow Taking Cara Babies program abs love it so far. My girl can self soothe to sleep with white noise machine and no binky. Wake windows are most important to keep the flow of the day on track 👍

We had a routine but that’s changed, was a set bedtime of 8/9 and that would be here until 5/6am but nope she’s going down later now or around 10/11pm and started wakening up for a feed about 3/4am...
It’s going to keep changing her routine even during the day she was sleeping longer between feeds now she’s taken an extra 2 feeds a day but shes a growing girl plus can’t be mad with her when you look into her crib and see this staring back at you 💕
