I have 5 children. 3 girls 2 boys. Me and their father were together the past 10 years and we broke up aftee he found out about my meth and gambling addiction. I spiraled out of control in 2019 and got so addicted I had to be admitted. I’m better now & I have a house, stable job and a car.

I still smoke meth whenever I’m at a party or as a celebratory thing but it hasn’t caused me to spiral out of control again. I can keep it under control now. My kids were taken away from me in 2019 but I was granted joint custody back in 2020 with their father. He recently discovered a cigarette lighter while he was dressing my daughter for school and now he’s threatening to take the kids away permanently and have sole custody. He says he’ll never let me see them again. I don’t really have money for a good lawyer. I’m so devastated about this and don’t know what to do.
