Progesterone suppositories leaking?

Does anyone else have this issue? I’m taking progesterone suppositories; the kind that look like white powder in a capsule. And tmi, but there is SO MUCH goopy white gunk leaking out from them! Does anyone else have this and has anyone found a solution? Ugh...

Your supposed to lay down at least 30 minutes after I always did an hour and wore a panty liner cause it still leaked lol

I agree with Sian, I've always been told to do them anally. You just pop it in and away you go, no leakage, no having to lie around. No mess!

Yes, I lay down even longer and mine still will leak!! It even goes through my panty liner
