Using words to express feelings

Is anyone else’s toddler having a hard time or YOU having a hard time understanding your toddlers wants and needs? My LO always goes from 0-100 when I don’t understand what she’s wants or needs and I’m just like 😭 i feel terrible , she only says a few words like

- bye bye

-hi / hello

- Nana / Mama / Dada / sister

- I boo boo ( lol )

- eat eat

When she’s trying to tell me something she points but if I don’t get it right away, it’s gets crazy. And I feel just horrible. Any advice??
