Transvaginal Ultrasound

I know most of us have left for other pages but you ladies were all so supportive. Just wondering if any of you have had a similar experience.

I had my 6w 1d transvaginal ultrasound and I found out I was having two beautiful babies with clear heart beats.
However, I left the appointment and had cramping plus bleeding. Has anyone had similar experience? Still carrying healthy babies?
