Child’s eyes rolling back?
Hi all! To keep a long story short, I’ve noticed every once in a while my son will roll his eyes almost completely to the back of his head. It lasts no more than a second, and he snaps out of it, responds to his name, and carries on like it never happened. I’ve noticed it at night time at the dinner table - it’s only happened when he’s eating something and I feel like it’s in relation to being tired. His pediatrician doesn’t think it’s seizure related, but we do have an appointment with a neurologist to have a consultation. My husband is epileptic, so now he feels like it’s his fault - it’s just been a very upsetting day. I checked with daycare, and they’ve never noticed it either, but will let me know if they do.
Just wondering if anyone else’s child has ever done this, and what it ended up being? TIA!
