IUD spotting . Am I pregnant?

It stopped my period 100% and I've only ever had spotting for 2 days every three months. Well I've been having horrible headaches, stomach cramps, nausea (but haven't thrown up) & embarrassing as it is, have been pooping so much I can't take it!! On top of the indigestion I feel like crap! Then on top of all of that I have been spotting for a week now . Some days there's not much other days there's more. My boyfriend & I have had sex a lot recently due to me moving away, when I'm with him I can't help it! (Sexual crave has increased) & now I'm starting to worried maybe I'm pregnant? Any ideas what's going on with me ? Maybe I just caught a bug going around ?
