Unprotected sex

I'm 21 years old and have been with my husband for almost 4 years. I have PCOS and don't have very regular periods. We have unprotected sex every time and he finishes in me. I'm not ttc but we're not "not" ttc. We have sex very often and I've never been pregnant... Thinking I'm going to struggle with getting pregnant in the future 😔
