Curly girls - Is this amount of hair loss normal?

My curly sisters! 
Is this typical for how much hair you lose? For context, I haven’t washed my hair in about a week so this is after me washing my hair and styling. 
Just always feels like so much 😩

Yup  I lose that much almost daily it seems. And if it's been a week since washing then yeah you're likely to notice more hair loss. I notice this myself if I go 3 or 4 days without washing my hair.

I use a plastic brush in the shower to help with hairs that want to shed. Then stuff collects at the drain and I pick it up and save it to see how much loss I have in a week etc. ITS SCARY😳 but still my hair is very thick somehow
