Pain after sex

Me and my husband had sex. Like good sex lol. But when I tried to get up I got sharp pains in my lower back and my stomach. I’ve sat for a little bit and it isn’t getting any better. I’m 13weeks2days. I figured the sperm just irritated my cervix but the pain is horrible. I had a SubChronic Hematoma at the beginning of my pregnancy but it’s been resolved. This is my second pregnancy if that matters. Should I go get checked or am I just to worried?
