Moro/startle reflex

Seems like as a FTM I’m clueless and never know what’s normal, and if I google I’m sure to find a rabbit hole 🤪

My girl is 3 months old today. The doctor had me bring her in yesterday to get checked out to make sure nothing else was going on, and said she seemed fine and we’ll check again at 4 months. Her startle reflex seems to be much worse now! Not necessarily during sleep, but when she’s just laying on her back during her wake time, not even drowsy. There doesn’t seem to be anything to actually startle her, no change in light, movement, or sounds, so I’m not sure what’s going on. She’ll flail both her arms out out of nowhere and seem so scared and cry after. She’s never been swaddled as she has never liked it, and this is happening during her wake time anyways. Anyone else have their little one do this? Thanks!
