Ivf stims

I am on my first round of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> after 10 years of infertility with pcos. I am on day 5 of stims and went for my first ultrasound. Lots of follicles but all were very small, they increased my med dose but should I be worried?
