Too much vitamin A during pregnancy?!
I’m 24 weeks pregnant and just found out vitamin A can be dangerous if you consume too much during pregnancy. Which can easily be done considering we already take a prenatal! I have been eating vector protein cereal for weeks now and it has so much vitamin A in it so now I’m a little worried. I don’t see my doctor for another two weeks so I’m unable to speak with him about it yet. Does anyone have any information on this? Has anyone else been eating vector or other protein supplements with additional vitamin A?
