Bras or no??

Question

I keep hearing “bras are good for you” or “bras are bad for you” I keep hearing either will make your boobs sag and such things like that?? Are bras good or bad??

Theres really no bad or good, just more of what you feel most comfortable in,  I personally wouldn't wear no bra in public because i dont want my pointy nipples out for everyone to see 🤦‍♀️😬😅,  some days ill wear a jumper and wear no bra as my jumpers are thick enough to hide the nipple lol if you wanna wear a bra just do it or not, again no bad or good.

Bras don’t cause sagging boobs. Hormones and weight gain/loss ￼do that. 
My opinion is this…
If it’s an uncomfortable bra, it’s bad. If it’s a comfy bra that is supportive, yet barely noticed, it’s great.

You do whatever you find comfortable. 
If your bra is not fitted correctly it can cause dropping. When you dont wear a bra they actually become more firm over time. Something to do with muscles in breast been used more. 
I dont wear one at home but when im out i wear one only so i dont get a nippy on 😂

there's this one video i found that completely changed my view on bras, do some research too! most women are not wearing the right size which can negatively affect you. sometimes when wearing one for so long it can make your muscles weaken because they're not being used. there was this one woman who had like a DDD and said she stopped wearing bras and after a while her boobs stopped hurting when she ran etc., it's all personal preference and if you do please make sure it's the right size. i only wear bralettes (small titties) and i find anytime i put on a normal bra my shoulders feel like i have a back pack on now!

Listen, regardless of bras or not once you get pregnant and breast feed they will deflate and drop. And even if you don’t get pregnant our body loses collagen (aka elasticity) as we age and thus they will sag.

Wearing or not wearing a bra has no effect on sagging, if u have larger breast it will reduce the rate,, but most likely all breast end up "dropping"

Ok so idc about the sagging and all that malard use a supportive bra but not a tight one it refuses the risk of cancers and tumer

I love my bras and am not comfortable without one unless I’m sleeping. I already have large boobs...they’ve been sagging since I was 11.
