Do you use any eco friendly period products?

Right now i’m trying to use period underwear but i also use tampons still and i want to move away from them cups kinda intimidate me so i’m not sure i want to try them. thoughts?

I can’t stand tampons. I use cloth pads. I recently got a cup and tried it. It took some time to get used to it, but it’s also great!
