How to get over small boobs

Having small boobs is my biggest insecurity and I don’t know what to do about it. I’m a size A in bra and I’m 19 years old 😭 I don’t want a boob job cause I just wanna be me but I don’t feel feminine, I feel like I’m stuck in a 12 year old girl body. I also have a boyfriend and he says they are perfect but I worry about him looking at girls with big boobs cause I don’t have boobs. I can’t give him a boob job or anything. Any different moves I could do maybe? Help a girl out 😭😭 and how am I supposed to feel good about myself when I see this in movies?? I can’t even watch tv or go to the beach 😭😭
