Hi everyone I’m having a severe hot flashes I’m taking a cold shower every 4 hours and I’m using ice bag on my head for 2 days now my body temperature is normal also I’m having a headache 🤕 breast tenderness cramps nausea frequent peeing and I’m on the second month of metformin i have pcos I’m trying for 6 years now and i wonder if this is an early pregnancy symptoms any one had the same symptoms and got a BFP !?

I really feel sick and so tired

My AF is due in 2 days 🥺
