Clear Watery discharge early pregnancy symptoms?

Hello ladies,

I am a bit lost and wanted to hear out your opinions. We are on TTC for many years and we finally did the

IVF. Im on my 10dpt today and I have noticed a lot of watery discharge down there. I can sometimes feel that it is leaking quite heavy that I need to wear pantyliner or change my undies more often. Does anyone experience heavy watery discharge before beta or bfp?

Note: I took pt and it has a vvvfl for consecutive 3 days now.
