I’m “not a wife”

Been married for 2 weeks and it’s been a roller coaster. I left my home state to be with the man I love. We have different styles when it comes to taking care of the house and he is a very VERY fast paced person while I am more mellow and do things at my own timing. There’s been a lot to do and see in a city that is all new to me. He is constantly wanting to take me places and have the best of times every day. Yesterday we got in a small argument and he said that he feels like I’m not being a wife. I asked how? He said that I act like I’m on vacation and not doing necessary things around the house. Listen, I am a very clean person and I organize my things. But he on the other hand has to clean IMMEDIATELY!!! I made a salad and left a couple things out and ate as soon as I cooked. Then after I like to clean up. But for him, you have to clean before you eat. It’s the little things that cause tensions and it’s so unnecessary and dumb. Then he gets mad that for me not turning on the dish washer for literally 5 items? They were all clean anyway I just put them to dry. I don’t know if I could be with someone who is so nit picky about really dumb things. To make that comment about not being a wife when I’ve done a lot really hurts and makes me resent him. Thoughts on how I can approach him about it?
