Pregnancy dreams and tender boobs please help

So this weekend I realized that when I took my bra off that my boobs would be in extreme pain. It’s like every time they moved it would hurt. Than I’d lay down and go to sleep with the same discomfort. Like rolling around in bed or any type of pressure from the bed or my hands and I’d slightly wake up and re adjust myself.

Also I woke up today as I work midnights and had a vivid dream that I was pregnant. I took 3 test and were all positive. I put the test in a bag and called my doctor to make an apt and show her the test. For some reason my mom was there and the excitement wasn’t shown too much in the dream but she was helpful. Anyways my ob office had to call me back but in the meantime I texted my ex that I recently ended things with that I was pregnant and than I woke up. No matter how many times I woke up I’d go right back to this dream.

I have pcos and haven’t had a period since March 20th and my check up in April my ob said I should start about 45 days from my last period. Well last time I had unprotected sex was April 20th which was when I believed I was ovulating too. Not sure tho and I just keep getting BFN and my boobs have never been this sore before ever and this dream. What do you guys think.
