Two chemical pregnancies in a row

I don’t even know where to begin. So my husband and I have been TTC #2 ( our daughter is 7yrs old) since January and right off the bat we got a positive digital test result. The line test though were very faint lines. And of course because I am neurotic I took test after test and they did not get darker. Sure enough 4 days later AF arrived and the pregnancy ended. I took this in step as I figured these things happen, for whatever reason it wasn’t meant to be.

We continued to try and nothing happened for 4 months. If I didn’t explain my neuroticism enough I have driven myself nuts these past months with ovulation test and pregnancy test and all types of math and DPO dates. So I promised myself enough is enough no more testing early just let it be. Sure enough I start having some symptoms ( breast tenderness and fullness, food aversions and nausea). I did my best to keep my emotions in check and wait until my period was due to test. Well I got my BFP. Once again I took multiple test over a couple days. The lines were getting darker. I was really positive called my doctor and now 1 week later I have started bleeding with clots and am just crushed. To top it all off it happened on CD 32, the exact same day as last time.

My emotions are all aver the place to say the least. I have called my doc to talk about having two chemical pregnancies in a row. I just don’t understand, I had a very normal pregnancy in the past. I was wondering if anyone out there was going through something similar. Sorry for the long post, thanks for taking the time to read.
