Red raspberry leaf tea?

Have any of you tried it? What are your thoughts on it? It’s super popular to drink here in Okinawa to help with labor lol.

I’ve done it with all pregnancies, this is my third. I usually do 1 cup a day or more if I can. Idk if it actually makes a difference or not but I still drink it. It’s good! And if it helps then even better!

I just got some off Amazon and started drinking it yesterday at 36 weeks. This is my third baby but first time trying it, so we’ll see how it works for me.

I drink it every pregnancy about 32 weeks & on. It tastes great with some honey!

I drink it with every pregnancy. (Fourth baby now) my first delivery was all natural and I pushed three times and had an extremely healthy baby. It’s so good for toning and prepping your uterus. 
All of my other deliveries have been csections, but I still drink it because it’s so beneficial for the uterus and when your trying to recover after birth. So I highly recommend it. 2-3 cups a day for it to be beneficial
