Womb thickening?

Hi all, I recently had a Transvaginal ultrasound and they’ve said that the lining of my womb is quite thick! The doctor has referred me to a gynaecologist so just waiting for the appointment to come though, I’m really worried about this - has anyone had similar?

I had my smear recently too and the results came back normal.
