Sleep - HELP
I’m 12 weeks today and for the past week or so I’ve noticed I wake up every two hours throughout the night like clockwork. I know that’ll be great when the baby comes and I need to feed but right now I’m a zombie and I don’t even need to be! I pee before bed each night and don’t drink fluids after dinner, I have a weighted blanket and a pregnancy pillow, I sleep with a sound machine in a separate room from my husband because he snores pretty loud... I don’t notice any specific discomfort when I wake in the night. It’s just upsetting. Any tips for how to STAY asleep??? Please help!
