What is Orgasm basically?

Is getting pleasure while having sex or the fluid coming out from vagina called orgasm.  Can you clarify ladies??

No. An orgasm is a climax of sexual pleasure and you’d know if you had one. The fluid is due to being sexually aroused.

It’s the feeling, not anything coming out of anywhere. Women do not expel ejaculate like men.

Orgasm is a complex biological event, it involves a lot of muscles in the pelvis rapidly contracting over and over, lots of cool neurotransmitters happen, sometimes more fluid comes from some gland or other (greater vestibular or possibly the skene's gland.) 
But I don't really remember, I read most of this long ago. I've just been having orgasms since. 
As an orgasm experiencer, I would say orgasm is a strange phenomena that is the height of release and pleasure, I do feel the contractions, like it hits in waves, it is like another reality for a small bit of time. Orgasms are neat.
