Shutters or Motorized Shades. Which is your fav?

Im currently living back at home and my parents have shutters and it drives me crazy! So you remember 2008 and those sunglasses with lines throughout the frame? It reminds me of those. My fave has to be motorized shades

I would say shades because you don't see them when not needed. I never really understood the shutters inside the house thing, I find it disturbing. But that's just me.
