TMI TMI TMI newborn POOP please someone tell me how diarrhea looks

I’m so sorry to be this type of person and post this but I’m so worried about her poop does this look like normal newborn poop or diarrhea we switched her from enfamil enspire gentlease to  enfamil neuropro gentlease the ready to eat and ever since I did that she started pooping just like this picture but with the other formula she didn’t poop for 3 weeks ! She just turned 4 weeks old yesterday please someone tell me if this looks normal or not I’m a first time mom and worried and she’s been crying a lot 🥺
