Cramps @ 5weeks 5 days- nothing on internal scan

Anyone had any experience of having abdominal cramps @ 5 weeks 5 days ish! Had a scan due to them worrying it’s an ectopic pregnancy there is no sign of baby in uterus although it thickly lined. And no sign of an ectopic. HCG looks okay need a repeat in 48 hours to see if doubled but just wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences...

it’s between we ovulated later than expected or we have an ectopic pregnancy!

Hoping we have a sticky bean that is due later but can’t help but internally panic!

This is my second pregnancy first was a c section in 2020.
