Pregnancy and period

Has anyone had a pregnancy and have their period?

Or had a period and then found out you are pregnant?

Asking because one day I was in an appointment at my Dr gynecology and I heard somebody crying 😭 I was like I hope she's oh ok. When my Dr came in I asked her what was wrong she told me that the women who was crying found out she was pregnant 3 months and didn't know because she was having her period. The reason they did her an ultrasound was because she was not feeling well and Boom!

It's impossible to have a Period pregnant or had your Period out found out to be Pregnant!

It's rare but those happened!
