Is it okay to drink a can of redbull during early pregnancy?? I usually have one everyday so it’s gonna be super hard to cut out

Honestly, I think the warning labels on those drinks say clear as day- not for pregnant women

Absolutely not. I work in a cardiac unit and saw first hand a 18 yr old drank one then it knocked him into afib.

Redbull isn't okay when your not pregnant.. There is no way it's safe while pregnant.

The reason for low caffeine in pregnancy is because it's a vasoconstrictor. Babies veins are still so small that excessive caffeine can cut off it's circulation. Don't do it.

No it has way more caffeine then recommend for a day. It's terrible for you when your not pregnant I can't imagine drinking one while pregnant. Switch to coffee.

I wouldn’t drink them ...  but you can always ask your OB about it. It just doesn’t seem worth it to me to load up on caffeine knowing the recommendations. Maybe look into some changes otherwise - making sure you get 8 hours of sleep, drinking plenty of water, having a balanced diet .... and get moving! I know a walk around the block for me does wonders if I am tired.
