Worried about bleeding :(

I am 5 weeks and 2 days today. So at 430 this morning i went the bathroom and when i wiped there was bright red blood. Not heavy but definitely noticeable. I put a pad on and ive gone several times this morning and its just brown now but only when I wipe, nothing is accumulating on the pad. Ive had no cramping. My obgyn office is closed today so i can't call and ask. Anyone else experiencr this or have an advice? This is my first pregnancy and I'm praying my little bean is okay. 🥺
