I’m dating a lazy man

My boyfriend and I have been together for a year now, we just got an apartment together a month ago. We had to move out because of family drama , wanting our own privacy, and a dog. So we got this place and I swear it’s like asking so much when I ask him just to do the dishes or take out the trash or clean up the poop. Does he treat me well? Yes he will surprise with a cooked dinner or little presents. But ..... he’s freakin lazy. If he could... he would play video games and watch superhero shows all day. On top of what else bothers me is that I will tell him hey my friends want to hangout and see you. Nope not happening. If I have plans to be with one of my girlfriends then he’s asking why we can’t all hangout or have them bring their bf too. 😠 Luckily, he doesn’t go and hangout with boys because they all wives because they will want to join too. But when it comes to his friends I will say yes and change plans for them. I don’t get that back. This morning, he has class in about 2 hours , I asked him hey let’s take our dog out for a walk just for 30 minutes “no babe I have class today” he always finds an excuse to not want to come with to walk our dog. I have work tomorrow I told him I don’t want to stay long tonight with the gang (birthday party) and he said ok well I guess I’ll catch a ride back home or I can crash there ..... Idk if I’m dramatic but I’m getting fed up idk what to do and I’m feeling regret and I’m stuck with a year lease. What do I do? Please tell me. I want to make it work with him but damn will he always be like this? Especially that he wants kids so bad but he can’t walk our dog? Yet he always says we need to watch how we spend our money?
