My birth center actually did a 3 hour class focused on ppd, ppa, ppp, and baby blues

I had postpartum psychosis with my daughter so my doctor is setting up a meeting with a psychologist to see what I can do to prevent it from happening again. 
She mentioned an IV medication that is SUPER expensive but has had good outcomes so we will be looking into that as well.

I have done a mental health checklist / note for myself! I'm worried I will have PPD and PPA again.
I listed all the numbers and online chat times for the local Mothers with PPD group. I made a plan when and with what symptoms it's better to reach for help and who will I call first. (Private therapy clinic, postpartum care etc.) I wrote down a few reminders and tips which are the things usually help me to unwind and relax, what helped the last time and what did not. I also wrote myself a reminder that there are some medications for panic attacks / PPD which are safe to take while breastfeeding if it comes to that again. (Last time the psychitric nurse I spoke with had outdated info and told me otherwise which was why I refused the meds.)
I hope this all helps to figure out what to do if I end up having it again and try to solve everything with my sleep-deprived brain. 😂
