I’m married already now almost a year but serious question!

My now husband who I’ve known for YEARS we have two kids, but got married last year in July , he didn’t even propose we just said whatever let’s do it, no wedding nothing...so together we went to the court house filed for it, together singed the certificate all that was left was for a officiant to sign it, my friends dad was one and so I told him I’d just have him sign it and he agreed it was fine, I asked him if he wanted to come he said he didn’t so I took it and the officiant signed it and I turned the certificate in without him and etc and boom married, however we are having tons of issues now a year later, when we argue and etc he says he talked to someone about it and the marriage is fraudulent and etc...I tried to do my own research but I can’t find anything on it, can anyone help! I’m in GA. Thank you.
