Could this be the start of a miscarriage?

Thursday night I had a little pink spotting. I should be 6ish weeks. I went to the ER and they couldn’t ding a heartbeat but said it looked too early too see it. It’s Sunday night nice and I’ve had absolutely no spotting since. Could this still be the start of a miscarriage?

Hard to tell. It’s really early, but only an OB can give you all the information. An ER won’t tell you how big the gestational sac is measuring and if it’s normal or not. If the spotting has stopped, that great!
