Late period

So my period is late by 10 days I’m usually on like clockwork my breast has had this burning feeling off and on for 4 days now and I’ve been cramping but no period Yes I had unprotected sex but he pulled out BUT he also put it back in I just took a test and it came back negative I don’t know what’s wrong
