I had a DOM message me the other day and he was speaking to me as if I was his SUB, I told him that I’m uninterested and he couldn’t take that for an answer. So last night we were texting and I told him I was texting other guys just to get him to go away and he said “Don’t want to know”. He constantly says I don’t know what’s good for me. Is this odd to you?

If you were telling him you’re not interested, just block and delete him, he’s making you uncomfortable, and if he knows where you live or has contact with you, call the cops, get a restraining order, Etc. I was a dominatrix years ago, It was actually probably one of the most unorthodox ways that I healed from abusive relationships. But see them dude this isn’t working out, block and delete.

That's just toxic- you can bet he's a bad dom that doesn't understand boundaries and consent well enough to be involved in BDSM. 
You said you were not interested, and he started talking to you as if you were his sub, and you never were & didn't consent- that's really not cool. 
You'd be totally justified blocking him.
