How do you know you have an anterior placenta?

I find out for sure tomorrow with my ultrasound results, and this is my second pregnancy.

My first pregnancy was fine, placenta was not anterior. But this pregnancy the kicks just feel different, they feel deeper inside and almost further away from the surface of my belly. I can occasionally feel her kick on the outside though but mostly I feel her deep internally.

Last ultrasound they said she was head down but didnt say anything else. Im little over 22weeks.
