Damien Joseph Canterbury 💚

Born 12:34am on May 25th, weighing 8lb, 1oz.

It took over 10 hours for me to get dilated to 3cm, then another hour and half to get to a 5, then only 30 minutes to get to 10cm. Two different doctors attempted to do my epidural but due to the intensity of my contractions and how quickly I began to progress, I couldn’t relax and arch my back enough for them therefore I pushed him out without any pain meds.

I’m so sore, he has some bruising, but oh am I happy. My little family is complete, I’m ready to bust out of here so Damien can meet his big sissy 💚
