Is this baby ever coming out??

I’m 39w + 4days and I feel like the baby has absolutely no intention of coming out 😫

I have no labor symptoms at all other than normal cramps.

I’m super worried of the size of the baby, I have gestational diabetes and the baby last Friday weighted 8.3 lbs on the ultrasound, I’m so scared of the baby getting even bigger till I give birth...

This is my second baby and my first was 9 lbs and birthing him was definitely a struggle 😞

I have an appointment at the hospital on Thursday to discuss what can be done... please advice me if you were in a similar situation or have experience with induction since I think this might be a point of discussion at the appointment...
