TWW To do list

Jen

I am currently two days into my first TWW and am already going nuts. I read some posts where people said the best part of this time is that they don't have to track anything or pee on any sticks, but for me personally that is the hardest part. I feel like I should be doing something. Anything. So I decided to come up with a daily To-do list for this waiting period. I thought I would share it with you all in case there are any out there like me 😁 I only got as far as day 13 and would love other suggestions!

Day-by-day to do list:

Dpo.    My husband (AKA  BD 😉)

2 Dpo.      Look for Cycle Buddies on Glow

3.      Have a drink that you won’t be able to have once pregnant (ex. alcoholic beverage, large strongly caffeinated coffee) or if you prefer simply plan out a drink you will have if AF comes. Each person is different on what they are comfortable with during the TWW.

4.      Enjoy a tasty treat you won’t be able to have once pregnant (ex. Sushi) or if you prefer simply plan out a drink you will have if AF comes.

5.      Think of one fun way you could tell a friend or family member that you are pregnant

6.      Come up with one fun thing you will do if you’re not pregnant (ex. having a few drinks, going to an amusement park, or having a sushi lunch date with a close friend)

7.      Check in with Cycle Buddies on Glow

8.      Try a new baby-healthy food

9.      Try a baby-friendly exercise workout (such as yoga). It never hurts to start trying new routines now

10.   Research one pregnancy or TTC question you have but never took the time to look up

11.   Take a Pregnancy test (knowing a negative may just mean it’s too early)

12.   Plan an AF meal (a yummy meal with no restrictions including drinks that you can make if your period does show up)

13.   Take a Pregnancy test (knowing a negative may just mean it’s too early)
