Tenderness in abdomen

Hi! I’m 5w5d and my abdomen (mostly the top) is very tender to touch. I have my first doctor appointment on June 7 so the nurse line can’t help me yet. They said I’m not an official patient yet so they can’t give advice.

I’m trying to decide if it’s worth the money to go to the emergency room or if it’s something common that isn’t an issue. Has anyone else had this at this point?
