Should I send a thank you email?

I had a 15 minute phone conversation for a job I am interested in where the employer let me ask questions about the position before formal interviews. After the conversation she asked me i would be interested in an in person interview and I said yes. Should I send a thank you email to her for this or no since it wasn’t an actual interview?
