Happy Hump Day! Missing my husband being home to cook since he’s been working 7 days a week mostly nights since April and will be until at least September! This morning he prepped ribs for me for dinner tonight and I cooked them in the oven and served with Bush’s baked beans, a Caesar salad kit, cheese potato bake, and a Hawaiian roll with butter! Served with a Budlight Seltzer (from his work) and Iced Mango Hibiscus Tea! So yummy!!!! I’m full! Now if only my toddler would settle down and go to bed....
