10 week old not really napping

I’ve been struggling with my baby napping. I can tell he’s tired, but he doesn’t nap. I get lucky if he naps 45min! I’ve tried everything, swaddling, holding him, car rides! He does start to dose off (closing his eyes) but that last like 10min and then he’s up, sucking away his pacifier.

Any advice would be appreciated

He does have a bit of silent reflux, he’s on medication and we switched to Enfamil AR formula! He does sleep at night from 10-5ish, but hardly naps 😓
